1. Digital products
Sketchoa sells digital printable coloring books delivered as PDF files. No physical product will be shipped. After successful payment you receive download access to your files.
2. License
Your purchase includes a personal-use license: you may print unlimited copies for yourself, your family, or your classroom. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or upload the digital files, modified or unmodified.
3. Payments
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
4. Refunds
Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final. If your file arrives corrupted or you cannot download it, contact us within 14 days and we will replace the file or refund you. See our refund policy for details.
