Digital downloads
Because our coloring books are instant digital downloads, all sales are final once the files have been delivered.
We'll make it right
If your file arrives corrupted, won't download, or prints badly through no fault of your printer, contact us within 14 days of purchase at contact@sketchoa.com and we will replace the file or refund you — whichever you prefer.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued through PayPal to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
