What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the shop: your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter or request free pages, your name and message when you contact us, and order details (items, totals, PayPal transaction ID) when you buy. Payments are processed by PayPal — we never see or store your card details.
How we use it
To deliver your downloads, send the emails you asked for, respond to your messages, and improve the shop. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Cookies
We use a minimal cookie to remember your shopping bag on your device, and an admin login cookie for the site owner. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your personal data at any time — just email contact@sketchoa.com and we will take care of it.
